For Theft, Violating Probation

COOPERSTOWN – A Mount Vision man was arrested for theft after security footage revealed that he had stolen a wallet at Bassett Hospital, according to the county District Attorney's Office.

Kyle Dillon Dorr Smallin, 40, of Mount Vision, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 11 and charged with stealing a man's wallet, containing $45 in cash and three credit cards after they were reported missing by the Bassett Hospital Security Department.  Following a joint investigation
