For School Budgets, Candidates

budget-clipart-ouster-clipart-schoolbudgetPolls are open today until 9 p.m. in Oneonta, and 8 p.m. in Cooperstown – and in school districts around Otsego County and the state – to residents to vote on school budgets and elect school board candidates.

Oneonta voting is at Foothills Performing Arts Center; Cooperstown voting is at the high school.

In Oneonta, there are three school board vacancies.  Incumbent Bill Grau and Darren Gaisford, plus newcomer Melissa Jervis are running unopposed.

In Cooperstown, there are two school board vacancies.  Incumbent Mary Leonard and newcomer Marielle Ainsworth are running unopposed.
