IN MEMORIAM:  Lynette Marie Dibble, 63;

Former Village Clerk Worked For Arc Otsego

HARTWICK – Lynette Marie Dibble, 63, a former Richfield Springs village clerk and a community service provider for Arc Otsego, passed away peacefully on a beautiful Fall Sunday afternoon, Oct. 23, 2016, with her two sons and closest friends by her side.

She was born Oct. 31, 1952, in the Town of New Berlin, a daughter of the late Stanley G. and Lolita V. (Mead) Clark.  She graduated from Cooperstown Central School, Class of 1970.

In addition to her service to Richfield Springs as clerk and registrar, her passion  was her work with The Arc Otsego in Hartwick, contributing to the betterment of many wonderful people.

Lynette is survived by her two sons, Gregory James Dibble Jr. and his wife, Rhonda Forbes Dibble of Dusseldorf, Germany, and Brian Joseph Dibble and his wife, Meggy Catherine Dibble of Mineral, Va.; two grandchildren, Logan James Dibble and Casey Margaret Dibble; three sisters, Terri McPhail of Youngsville, N.C., Coleen Vesely and husband, Michael of Springfield Center, and Shiela Shaul and partner, Frank Parshall of Hartwick; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her mother, Lolita V. Clark, who died July 13, 2002, and her father, Stanley G. Clark, who died June 26, 2014.

Calling hours will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at Connell, Dow & Deysenroth Funeral Home in Cooperstown. Services will be offered in the spring of 2017; details will be announced at a later date.
