The balmy weather must have brought out close to a record crowd, and indeed a roar went up on Main Street, Oneonta, as Santa Claus arrived for the season this morning, the culmination of the City of the Hills’ annual Santa Parade. Halfway through the cavalcade, emcee Chuck D’Imperio announced the temperature had just reached 63.  The next big holiday event in Oneonta is the tree lighting and opening of Santa’s Cottage n Muller Plaza, on Thursday, Dec. 1.   (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
