Preserve New York grant awarded to Otsego 2000 STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com Otsego 2000 will receive a $12,500 grant from the Preservation League of New York for their Preserve New York grant in order to fund a Culture Resource Survey in the City of Oneonta.
