Ahead of Athletic Hall Induction,

GOHS Honors Carl Delberta

Jennifer Delberta adjusts a boxing robe belonging to her grandfather Carl Delberta in a display of his boxing memorabilia soon to be on display at Greater Oneonta Historical Society. Delberta, founder of the Oneonta Boys and Girl’s Club, will join Geoff Bean, ’03, Terry Deery, ’68, George McGurl, ’67 and the 2002 Boys Track team in the Athletic Hall of Fame, while Everett Baroni, the 2018 Alumni of Distinction,leads Harold Anderson, ’48, Howard Canfield, ’32, Maryann Corrao Feree, ’72 and Diane Georgeson, ’75 on the Wall of Distinction.
