Challenge, Passes It On To Bassett

A few minutes ago, Hall of Fame Chairman Jane Forbes Clark and Hall President Jeff Idelson joined all Hall employees on duty today in accepting the ALS "Ice Bucket" Challenge from the NFL Hall of Fame and getting doused with ice water.  Miss Clark passed on the challenge – to Bassett Hospital.  The nationwide campaign had raised $93 million to combat ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease.  Before the dousing, the Hall chair made note of Gehrig, and also Catfish Hunter, who is also suffering from the disease.  (Jim Kevlin/allotsego.com)

In Memoriam: William Oliver
