OFFICER CHARGED WITH SHOPLIFTING Case Focuses On $56,000 In Memorabilia COOPERSTOWN – Ian R. Turner, a former Cooperstown police parking enforcement officer, was arraigned this morning at Otsego Town Court on charges that he allegedly stole $56,077 worth of sports memorabilia from Paterno Brothers Sports over the summer.
