ONEONTA — The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce’s State of the State breakfast will be Jan. 24, not the usual day after New Year’s, will be a luncheon instead, and will feature two novelties:

• Congressman Antonio Delgado, D-19.  The date was changed to accommodate his scheduled.

• State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, who is recovering from a cancer recurrence.  This will be his first public reappearance.

Others attendees includes Assemblymen John Salka, R-Brookfield, and Chris Tague, R-Schoharie, whose district includes the eastern part of Otsego County, and Mayors Ellen Tillapaugh Kuch of Cooperstown and Gary Herzig of Oneonta.

The event will start at 11:45 a.m. on Friday the 24th at SUNY Oneonta’s Morris Hall, $30 for members, $40 for non-members.  Community Bank and SUNY Oneonta are supporting sponsors.

New this year, the elected officials invite and encourage you to submit any questions in advance via e-mail at time of registration as we will be reading the questions following each of their opening remarks.
