Energy To County Board

Congressman Antonio Delgado, D-19, stopped by the Otsego County Board of Representatives this morning to promote his upcoming Broadband Summit, which will include FCC chair Jeff Stark, on Friday, Oct. 4 at Columbia-Greene University.
