Actually, it was considerably more then a fearless few – judging from this photo by Nancy Herman – who braved the chilly waters of Otsego Lake at 7 a.m. today during the third annual Early Bird Swim at the Village of Cooperstown’s Fairy Spring Park. A “doggie dip” happened at 7:17.
