First Ballot Cast At Meadows

In Otsego County Early Voting

Kathy Chase, Cooperstown, was the first person in Otsego County to cast an early vote for the Nov. 5 general election on Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Meadows Office Complex. casts the first ballot at the early voting polls for the November 5th General Election. It’s the first time in New York State history that individuals may vote in-person prior to election day, and will continue until Sunday, Nov. 3, two days before Election Day.
