Opens Doors In Oneonta

Lovey Virk, manager at Noor India Restaurant, 281 Main St., brings a platter of chicken vindaloo and butter chicken out during one of their first days open this week.  This is the first Indian restaurant in the city since the 1990s.  (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
