Fokine Ballet Brings Magic

Of  ‘Nutcracker’ To Preschool

The children of the YMCA's Universal Pre-K program at Jump Start got a special treat on Thursday afternoon as members of the Fokine Ballet Studio came in and preformed dances from their 29th annual production of The Nutcracker, which opens at Goodrich Theater this weekend. When the school show this afternoon sold out, the company decided that they would bring the performance to those who could not go! Here, Gabriella Basdekis reads the storybook of The Nutcracker, while Hannah Reynolds and Shiobhan Higgins preform "Waltz Of The Flowers". The show runs Friday at 7pm, Saturday at 1pm and Sunday at 7pm. Tickets are still available, but going quickly. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
