Ground-Breaking Nears

On Farm Credit East Site

The Springfield Town Board last evening unanimously approved Farm Credit East’ plans to consolidate its Cobleskill and Sangerfield offices in a 50-job operation on Route 80, across from the Otsego Golf Course. The company plans to break ground this fall, its lawyer, Douglas Zamelis of Springfield Center, said.
A groundbreaking ceremony is planned at 11 a.m. next Monday, the 14th, on Farm Credit East’s 50-job office building on West Lake Road, Town of Springfield, across Route 80 from the Otsego Golf Course.  In July, the Springfield Town Board unanimously approved the company’s plans to consolidate its Cobleskill and Sangerfield offices.
