IN MEMORIAM: Jeanne Fleury, 69;

Mother Of Former City Councilman

ONEONTA - Jeanne Louise Fleury, 69, Nanuet, Rockland County, mother of former Oneonta Common Council member Chip Holmes, passed away Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, after a long illness.

Jeanne grew up in Andes, the daughter of the late LeRoy and Anne Fleury.  She formerly lived in Oneonta.
