Julie Dostal, LEAF executive director, made a chilling presentation to Oneonta Common Council this evening about the heroin epidemic ravaging the community.  She was joined by Oneonta Police Lt. Douglas Brenner, county Social Services Department attorney Susan Lettis and Fox Hospital CEO Jeff Joyner.  They shared advice on what Common Council and Oneonta might do to stop the scourge.  For the full story, see this week’s Hometown Oneonta, on newsstands tomorrow afternoon.
