Local Girl Scouts Earn Rank

Oneonta Girl Scouts Holly Beitzel, right, and Bridgette Dickson recite the Girl Scout Oath in Neahwa Park on Wednesday afternoon as part of their troop’s award ceremony. The ceremony saw Beitzel and Dickson get promoted from Brownie to Junior with several of their friends also earning Junior rank.
