Man Charged With Poisoning

2 Cats In Worcester, Police Say

WORCESTER – State Police report arresting a Worcester man, Antonio Fiorino, 52, on charges of poisoning two cats with anti-freeze.

Troopers responded yesterday to a complaint from the owner of two cats, who said they became very sick on April 9 and had to be euthanized.

 

After an investigation, Fiorino was charged with two counts in the state Agriculture & Markets Law of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals.

He was arrested and arraigned in Worcester Town Court, where he posted $500 cash bail.  His return court date is May 7, 2019.
