Mark Rathbun Wins Fetterman Award
COOPERSTOWN – Mark Rathbun, retired teacher and former president of the Cooperstown Central School Board, will received this year’s Fetterman Award for service to youth, it was announced today.
The Clark Sports Center and Clark Foundation presents the award annually to a person “dedicated to serving local youth, especially in the area of athletics. The recipients embodies the meaning of outstanding sportsmanship, inspired leadership and caring service.”
Rathbun will be honored at an Oct. 8 luncheon at The Otesaga.
