Awards Honor Miller, Blazina Roles

Foothills board members Jim Kevlin, Roxana Hurlburt and Bill Youngs, executive director, posthumously awarded Mayor Dick Miller and Carol Blazina with the inaugural Foothills Distinguished Service awards at tonight's annual Taste of Foothills fundraiser.
