COOPERSTOWN—Since 1965, 47 Hall of Famers have been chosen in the Major League Baseball Draft, which is currently underway. History says at least one future Hall of Famer will be selected this year. The identity of that player won’t be known for decades, but a journey to Cooperstown likely began on Sunday.
