NBT Donation Helps Underwrite 

Farmers’ Museum Themed Weekends

NYSHA President Paul D'Ambrosio accepts a $3,000 donation from NBT Bank Regional Executive Jamie Reynolds, left, and Donna Shipman, vice president/retail market manager in the Cooperstown branch.  The donation will help underwrite "Step Back in Time Weekends" at The Farmers' Museum draw on the public's interest in crafts to expand our interpretation beyond what we can normally offer on a daily basis.  These weekends feature groups of artisans, experts in farming, and other professionals to share their talent and expertise with our visitors.  Each weekend  brings new activities and programs of interest everyone in the family. Local Hurricane Relief Efforts Underway

Items currently most needed are non-perishable food, cold-weather gear of all sizes and bleach/cleaning supplies. Other supplies that are needed include bottled water, wipes, baby formula, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, batteries, flashlights, first aid supplies, feminine hygiene products, personal hygiene products and toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.), trash bags (contractor size preferred), tarps, blankets, towels, shovels, brooms, coolers, gloves, generators, propane, gas, cook stoves, candles, matches, lighters, charcoal and pet food (dried or canned).…
