Reports 911 Call Difficulties

COOPERSTOWN – Otsego County 911 director Robert O’Brien has warned that Windstream Telephone customers in the 315 and the 822 exchange may be unable to dial 911.

If emergency assistance is needed and 911 is not available, he advises that you call (607) 547-1697.
