Storm Halts Otsego Express
ONEONTA – Otsego Express bus service has been suspended for the day, citing winter storm conditions.
According to the National Weather Service, the storm is expected to bring 3-8 inches of snow throughout the day, with ice accumulations as well. Winds could gust as high as 40 miles per hour, reducing road visibility and possibly causing power outages.
The Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 p.m. tonight.
