Family and friends attended to celebrate the event. County Judge Brian Burns, City Judges Richard McVinney and Lucy Bernier and Chief City Courty Clerk Cathy Tisenchek delivered remarks praising Judge Terry's character, ethics, respect, fairness and temperament.
