Ribbon Cut On $180,000 Bridge,

Part Of Oneonta Park Master Plan

Retiring Oneonta Common Council member Larry Malone cuts the ribbon this on a new pedestrian bridge in Wilber Park (part of Ward 2, which he represents), along with representatives of Eastman Associates, the contra ctor, and Unalam, the Unadilla-based company that provided the wooden pressure-treated decking.    Participants included Senior Engineer Technician Greg Mattice of City Hall’s Engineering Department, Unalam Vice President/Communications  Zoe van der Meulen, Unalam President Craig Van Cott, Eastman Associates’ Michelle and Rick Eastman, City Manager Martin Murphy, and Amy HeilveilHorvath, candidate for county board.
