ILION – Rose M. "Cito" Enjem, 91, mother of Richfield Town Supervisor Fran Enjem, passed away on Primary Day, Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at Sitrin Health Care Center, New Hartford.

Born in Utica on Aug. 7, 1924, Rose was the daughter of the late Peter and Mora (Zady) Joseph. She was raised and educated in Utica schools. At one time she was married to Joseph F. Enjem, whose relationship led to the blessing of their three sons. During her working years, Rose held positions at General Electric, Remington Rand, MDS and was last employed by the Masonic Home in the housekeeping department.
