Route 28 Traffic Tied Up

After Cooperstown Crash

Traffic is tied up on Route 28 south of Cooperstown at this hour after a crash crash occurred about 15 minutes ago. Cooperstown firefighters and EMTs responded. Passersby report it appeared to be a minor mishap. (Tara Barnwell/www.AllOTSEGO.com)
