Senate Resolution Honors Joe Judd

State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, today presents The Arc Otsego Executive Director Joe Judd with a state Legislative Resolution in honor of his retirement after 39 years of distinguished service.    “Joe Judd’s commitment and vision have lead The Arc Otsego through nearly four decades of service and growth,” said Senator Seward.  “His dedication to those with developmental disabilities and their families has truly changed lives for the better.  I have partnered with him over the years and am extremely pleased that the entire State of New York now knows of his wonderful work.”  Judd began his career with The Arc Otsego in 1975 and has served as executive director since 1980. ARC Otsego Opens Otsego ReUse Center ONEONTA – ARC Otsego celebrated the grand opening of their Otsego ReUse Center on Duane Street this morning with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tours of their location.
