Seward Welcomes 4H Members

State Sen. Jim Seward, R-Milford, welcomes Otsego County 4-H Carson Guzy, left, of Cooperstown and Garrett Proskine, Gilbertsville, to the state Capitol in Albany during the 83rd annual 4-H Capital Days. “As a former 4-H member, I am pleased to see the program continuing to offer our young people a well-rounded education through core topics like agriculture, leadership and life skills and new offerings including robotics and engineering,” Seward said.
