Sheriff’s Son Target Of Probe

COOPERSTOWN – The county board’s Public Safety & Legal Affairs Committee has issued a statement identifying Sheriff Richard J. Devlin Jr.’s  son, Ros, a correctional officer, as the subject of its investigation into an incident at the county jail in January.
