Dorothy Miller, 96; Retired From Mehan Insurance RICHFIELD SPRINGS – Dorothy Miller, 96, who served as a secretary for insurance concerns, retiring from Mehan Insurance in Richfield Springs, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Centers Health in Cooperstown. She was born on Sept. 22, 1922, in Van Hornesville, a daughter to the Late Owen D. and Marion Ostrander Miller.
