COVID update for Otsego County STAFF REPORT • Special to www.AllOTSEGO.com As of Tuesday, June 1, COVID cases in Otsego County have decreased to a 0.6% positivity rate with 1% of tests coming back positive, according to the Otsego County Health Department.
