IN MEMORIAM Stephen Peter Waters, 53; Special Olympics Contender EDMESTON –  Stephen Peter Waters, 53, a swimmer, bowler and Special Olympics concenter, died Friday, Oct. 7, 2016, at Chenango House, Pathfinder Village. He was born Dec. 4, 1962, in Montclair, N.J., to George J. and Margaret (Ryan) Waters. Stephen was raised in Essex Fells, N.J., and moved to Pathfinder Village when he was 19.
