MEMORIES REKINDLE TEARS Brother Finds Brother On ‘Wall That Heals’ John Hartner of the Oneonta Vets’ Club, top photo, helps Angelo Solvin of Margaretville look for his brother Louis’ name on “The Wall That Heals,” the replica of Washington D.C.’s Vietnam War Memorial in Washington D.C. that arrived at Oneonta’s Neahwa Park today.
