IN MEMORIAM Dick Daniels, 92, of Gilbertsville; Served As County Representative GILBERTSVILLE – Richard F. “Dick” Daniels, 92, former member of the Otsego County Board of Representatives and a community leader in the Gilbertsville area, passed away Feb. 4, 2020, at Fox Hospital in Oneonta. Dick was born on March 23, 1927, in Hartwick, to the late Harold and Isabell (Richards) Daniels. On May 1, 1948, he married his high school sweetheart Arlene W.
