Oneontans awoke Saturday to a dusting of snow. Today, a similar dusting was evident across most of Otsego County. Generally, though, it’s been a delightful fall, and the National Weather Service is reporting that, with an El Nino formation influencing national weather patterns, we may be in for a (relatively) mild winter.
