He was born on April 27, 1960 in Delhi, to Francis “Smitty” and Elizabeth (Slater) Smith. Stan was a 1979 graduate of Oneonta High School, where he played football and baseball. He worked for several years at Brook’s BBQ. Stan worked also for Otsego County Senior Meals on Wheels.…
