ONEONTA – Three Oneontans are facing charges for allegedly transporting “a large of amount of heroin” from New York City to their hometown, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Department is reporting.
They were identified as Francesca Lorusso, 20, Ricardo J. Korianski, 34, and Jason E. Blass, 36.
