!['We'll get Lizzy her day in court," Otsego County District Attorney John D. Muehl tells a 1 p.m. press conference with the family of Elizabeth Welsh Callahan, whose husband Casey has been charged with murder, second degree, in her 2000 death. She was run over by her husband's 18-wheeler in a rest stop in Sayre, Pa., but the case was ruled an accident. Seated at right are Patrick Welsh, her brother, Dolores Lawton, her sister, and Marie Valentine, another sister. Gary Wickham, in red shirt, is Elizabeth's brother-in-law. Casey Callahan was arraigned Monday in Otsego County Court, but was returned to Attica, where he is serving time for another crime.
