Traffic In One Lane

A Seward Sand & Gravel truck is on its side at thsi hour off the southbound lane of Route 28, across from Pop's Place. Traffic south of Dreams Park is down to one lane at a time. It appeared the truck slipped into a deep ditch on that side of the highway. State police are at the scene, along with Hartwick Seminary fire police directing traffic. (Jim Kevlin/AllOTSEGO.com)
