36th Annual Crayon Carnival

Fills Bursey Gymnasium

Breona Talbot, 3, Cooperstown, is presented with a balloon animal, made specially for her by BJ the Clown during the Cooperstown PTA’s annual Crayon Carnival in the Red Bursey Gymnasium. Talbot was one of several children running around with balloon animals during the event. Several other games, events, and snacks kept the children busy all afternoon. (Parker Fish/AllOTSEGO.com)
