‘Here Comes The Sun’ Boat Parade

BOAT PARADE – 3 p.m. Get out for the annual decorated boat parade. This years theme ‘Here Comes The Sun’ song by the beatles. All boats welcome from human powered to motor powered and all in between, decorated or undecorated. Covid protocols will be in effect. SUMMER BAG SALE – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Browse through used books of many genres, including nonfiction, arts and crafts, children’s books, cookbooks and much more to support your local library. IROQUOIS MUSEUM – 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Learn about Iroquois Indian social dances with the Haudenosaunee Dancers who present the dances as they are performed in their community near Syracuse. Will feature leader & skilled seamstress Sherri Waterman-Hopper who has travelled internationally as an artist and cultural speaker. Dances will be performed throughout the day accompanied by singers & musicians and is included with museum admission.
