Rain only added to the sinking feeling of unease as Hartwick College students observed a mock drunk driving accident staged by students, Oneonta police and firefighters, and representatives of the Lester Grummons Funeral Home. Here, OFD Capt. Brad Smith, Firefighters Mark DeGraw and Erik Johnson and Assistant Chief Jim Maloney work with Grummons’ Stephen Fournier and Ryan Walsh in loading the “body” of Rahpheal Duncan, a Hartwick senior, onto a stretcher and into a waiting hearse.
