Man Arrested After Car

Runs Into Milford Home

MILFORD – A 63-yearold Fort Plain man was arrested and charged with DWI after he drove his car into the kitchen of Tammy and Barry Jones

According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Department, Ray Agard was operating a car traveling north on State Highway 28 when he lost control of the vehicle and exited the right shoulder, striking a snow bank. His vehicle continued off the roadway before coming to rest in the Jones home at 124 North Main Street in Milford.

He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with 08 percent or more alcohol, criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh degree, driving on shoulders and slopes and speed not reasonable and prudent.
