Roseboom Power Days

Coming This Weekend

One of the favorite perennial events around here, Roseboom Antique Power Days – in its 18th year – is coming up this weekend, with something for tractor enthusiasts of all ages, as rides conducted by Ron Van Buren a few years ago testifies.  Power Days, featuring hundreds of pieces of machinery from times’ past, plus food and a giant tag sale in the former grange, will occur Saturday and Sunday on Jack and Norma Van Buren’s farm just east of the corner of Routes 166 and 165.  A highpoint is the antique tractor parade through the hamlet, beginning at 1 p.m. Sunday.  Any questions, call Jack Van Buren at 607-264-3015.  (AllOTSEGO.com file photo)
