NORWICH – James Brower and Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding, both accused of murdering 11-year old Jacelyn O’Connor, each entered “not guilty” pleas during their arraignments in Chenango County Court, according to WKTV.

The two, who are a couple, allegedly smothered Jacelyn to death in the act of raping her in their home during the early morning hours of July 30. They were indicted in Chenango County Court last week.

Brower, the father of two of Jacelyn’s half-siblings, was arraigned on charges of second-degree murder, hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence. He pleaded not guilty to the charges, and is currently being held in the Chenango County Jail on $400,000 cash/$800,000 bond.

Rundstrom-Wooding was arraigned on eight charges, including first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, two rape charges and possession of child pornography. He also plead not guilty and is being held in the Chenango County Jail on $500,000 cash/$1 million bond.
