ONEONTA – A final autopsy report, released by Oneonta Police, showed that “multiple drug toxicity” caused the Dec. 2 death of SUNY Oneonta freshman Daniel W. Michaels, 18.

The report determined the “manner of death was accident” by “mixed drug toxicity,” showing amphetamines, ethanol, alprazolam (Xanax) & marijuana.

The investigation into the death is continuing.
