Up To 20 Inches Possible

And Snow It Begins…

The first winter storm of the season has arrived and plows are on the road throughout Oneonta, where as much as 20 inches of snow is predicted. A winter storm warning remains in effect until midnight Monday, Dec. 1. Sleet fell earlier this morning, with snow accumulation predicted to start later this afternoon and continue throughout the night. In Oneonta, parking regulations in the Municipal Parking Garage and lots have been lifted, and all cars must be off the streets after 2 1/2 inches of snowfall. (Ian Austin/AllOTSEGO.com)
